Sound therapy intensives are a good way for working adults to improve their performance in a short period of time.

They include daily, one hour sessions for 4 to 8 days. During this session, a coach supports you in completing activities that are intense, but also safe and achievable, according to your own skill level. The purpose of doing the sound therapy in this manner is that the effect of using the neural pathways while they’re being stimulated by the sound therapy unit enhances the end results. Activities are tailored as we go, based on your personal experience. In this type of work, more isn’t better. One hour a day is all it takes. Why not do this with everyone? It’s stimulating, and if you’re already in burnout mode, it would be like drawing water from an empty well. By doing this outside of our integrated approach, you are by-passing the initial consulting costs and testing to see if sound therapy alone will improve your performance. If overstimulation, agitation or training loss occurs, it would be a good idea to use our integrated approach for performance improvement instead.
